Ingredients

 4 egg yolks from pastured chickens
 marrow from 1 large beef bone
 2 tbsp honey
 ½ tsp vanilla extract or a pinch or scraped vanilla beans
 mineral salt
 ½ cup sour cream or regular cream (for a more traditional ice cream flavour)

Method Steps

Combine the egg yolks with all remaining ingredients except the sour cream.

Blend for 3-5 minutes until it starts to have a whipped consistency.

Add the sour cream or cream and blend for another 15 second.

Pour into a glass container and freeze for 5 hours before serving.
